Orientation is an opportunity for all new Faculty and Staff to explore life and resources at Columbia, as well as to learn about the benefits that suit your personal needs. This program is a helpful way to start employment on the right informational track.
New Hire Orientation is held approximately every 2 weeks at both the Morningside and CUMC campus locations. It is strongly recommended that new hires attend within the first 30 days of being hired, as close to the first day of work as possible. We also ask that new hires bring, for their reference, the Benefits Enrollment Kit, mailed to your home.
Please be advised that seating is limited. To be assured of a seat, you must arrive by the scheduled start time. Breakfast is served.
The welcome program is campus specific. Registration details for each campus are below.
