Talking It Over

Work-related problems should be discussed first with your supervisor. Many problems can be resolved in this way.

In addition, Officers and Non-Union Support Staff may speak with a member of the Employment & HR Client Services staff.

Please see Grievance Procedures for more information.

Faculty can also speak to their Dean or Vice President and, finally, the Office of the Provost.

Employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement should speak with their union representative.
