UEM Technical Services provides audio, visual, lighting expertise and equipment for events ranging from small conferences to large theatrical productions. Equipment includes, but is not limited to, microphones, projectors, laptop computers and stage lighting.
The team can provide equipment and support to events across the entire campus - from the UEM managed venues of Faculty House, Lerner Hall, Low Library and outdoor space to classrooms, academic buildings and other Columbia event venues.

This center is a full-service, state-of-the-art, multimedia facility serving all of the University and the New York Presbyterian Hospital. Located on the 20th floor of NewYork Presbyterian Hospital, the Center provides complete video production and post-production services, medical illustration, graphic design, still photography and projection support.
The media team provides all types of audio/visual services. This facility can provide preproduction consultations, script writing, location and set design, studio shoots, location shoots, video editing, DVD/CD-ROM production, audio production, editing capabilities, and live satellite and videoconferencing broadcasts.
The projection service can provide public address sound systems and audiovisual service for groups from 10 to 10,000.
The graphic design studio can produce any printed material from simple one-color flyers and newsletters to elaborate four-color brochures and posters.
The Center’s medical illustrators create artwork in color, continuous tone, and line art, as well as 2D and 3D animation. Video illustration capabilities allow the center to incorporate and manipulate illustrations directly into video or printed material.
Finally, the photography division provides in-studio and location shooting as well as specialized developing of prints and slides.
