The Columbia Temporary Staffing Office serves as the single point of contact for all contingent workforce needs across the University, and manages multiple staffing vendor partners to ensure that temporary labor needs are met rapidly and efficiently. 

Contracts are managed through this office with multiple staffing vendor partners.  There are various collective bargaining unit agreements in place as well as HR policies regulating temporary placements.  To ensure compliance to these agreements and HR policies, please direct all inquiries to the Columbia Temporary Staffing Office

Our user-friendly web based tool allows temporary workers to submit timesheets and hiring managers to approve timesheets online.  Approved timesheets are invoiced on a monthly basis directly through ARC, Columbia’s accounting system.  We are available 24 hours a day throughout the year.
