Recruiting & Hiring Overview

The process for recruiting and hiring employees at Columbia have different processes based on the employee type:

  • Administrative Staff have specific steps which guides you through the entire process from arranging the search, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires.
  • Academic Personnel are governed by a different set of processes outlined in the Faculty Handbook
  • Temporary Staff are processed through the Columbia Employment Information Center
