Columbia University participants will be charged the cost of the course/program. All registrants are required to obtain approval from his/her manager to take any of our classroom courses. Please be sure to speak with your Manager and Department Finance contact to secure the account and project information needed to process the chargeback in ARC.
When registering for a course online, you will be prompted to provide your department and project number for internal chargeback purposes. If you have questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel after registering for a course, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least five business days before the course. Advance notification gives wait-listed participants the opportunity to attend.
A cancellation notice must be received by the Learning & Development team at least five business days prior to the scheduled course date to ensure the full cost of the course is waived. If the cancellation notice is not received within five business days, the full cost of the course will be charged to the registrant.
For management courses that have no fee, participants will not be charged to register or cancel within five business days before the course. If the cancellation notice is not received within five (5) business days, the full-day cost of the course will be charged to the registrant.
As required by law, Columbia University HR Learning & Development does not disclose non-public personal information that we have obtained to any of our affiliates. We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of the personal information you provide. Access to your personal information is restricted to a small number of staff members to ensure effective service is provided to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that are reasonably designed to guard your non-public personal information.
